Job summary

KLA in Milpitas, CA, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive growth for our semiconductor inspection and metrology business. You will lead strategic accounts, align market needs with our technology roadmap, and partner with engineering, product management, and sales to deliver outcomes.

You will build executive relationships, identify market trends, and negotiate to expand revenue while shaping product strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment.
Direct experience in semiconductor inspection, defect review, or metrology equipment is required.
Experience in business development, strategic account management, product marketing, or technical sales.
Demonstrated success growing strategic semiconductor accounts and driving technology adoption.
Strong executive communication, business planning, and commercial leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key semiconductor customers.
Build relationships with customer executives, engineering leaders, and manufacturing teams.
Drive technology adoption, revenue growth, and market-share expansion.
Lead business reviews, customer engagements, and commercial negotiations.
Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and customer investment priorities.
Influence product strategy through customer and market insights.
Partner cross-functionally to support successful customer evaluations and business outcomes.
