Qualifications
- 10 years semiconductor equipment or related capital equipment sales experience.
- Proven track record in direct customer sales and relationship building.
- Strong financial, legal and marketing fundamentals.
- Advanced presentation skills and ability to model deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross‑functional influence.
- Experience managing internal and customer hierarchies.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs with regional teams and develop new service opportunities.
- Negotiate renewals and expansions of service contracts with key customers.
- Drive regional teams to meet sales objectives and sustain customer satisfaction.
- Explain and support commercial strategy to senior management.
- Document and follow GSS and KLA processes for deals and approvals.
- Develop strategic growth plans with senior GSS staff.
