Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Service Route Driver for a full-time, Monday–Friday 1st shift role. You will load, drive, and deliver products to client locations, stock shelves, and ensure refrigeration and inventory control in accounts. A positive customer-focused attitude and reliable time management are essential for success.

The position emphasizes safety with DOT considerations, a need for strong organization, and the ability to work independently while promoting AVI products.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license; a CDL is NOT required.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and AVI team members.
• Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load the vehicle with all products to service locations.
• Drive a vehicle to transport products to client locations.
• Deliver, load, and unload products as requested.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products in the truck and at accounts.
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts.
• Manage the care of the company vehicle.

• Drive a vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
