Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair in Tacoma, WA. The role focuses on coordinating service and repair activities, updating dispatch on-call lists, and providing status updates to customers and National Accounts.

The ideal candidate will have an education in business administration and experience in elevator service administration. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college/tech certificate preferred.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• 3-6 months related experience or training in basic business administration.
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service/repair operations between dispatch and field technicians.
• Update on-call lists and notify Dispatch daily; monitor technician check-in/out.
• Provide status on open work orders and callbacks to National Accounts and customers.
• Act as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch; maintain calendars.
• Assist with safety meetings and documentation; order uniforms and parts as needed.
• Prepare reports for invoicing, accounts receivable, and service contracts.

Education

High school diploma or GED

One year certificate from college or technical school

Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration

Some elevator repair administrative work
