• Salesforce and Oracle database knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Service and Repair field operations by reviewing reports and coordinating priorities.
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, and on-call lists; provide daily updates to Dispatch.
• Communicate equipment status and updates to stakeholders and customers.
