Levittown Ford Service Center – Levittown, NY, part of VIP Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Service Receptionist / Service BDC Representative. You will be the first point of contact for the service department and help create a positive customer experience from the first call through the service appointment.

This full-time position offers a 5-day work week (Mon–Sat, Saturday required) with paid training, monthly bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement within the VIP Automotive

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Reception, call center, BDC, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to learn dealership software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls professionally.
• Greet customers arriving at the Service Department.
• Schedule and confirm automotive service appointments.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Assist customers with service appointment questions.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or dealership department.
• Make outbound customer follow-up and retention calls.
• Follow up on service appointments and reminders.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information in dealership software.
• Enter and update customer and appointment information.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with the Service Department.
• Help maximize service appointment opportunities.
• Assist Service Advisors and Service Management with administrative tasks.
• Provide professional and friendly customer communication.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
