Levittown Ford Service Center – Levittown, NY is hiring an Automotive Service Receptionist / Service BDC Representative. This full-time role involves friendly, organized customer service for the service department, with training and career growth within VIP Automotive Group.

The position offers a Monday–Saturday schedule with a 5-day work week, monthly bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in service-related roles.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Reception, call center, BDC, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to learn dealership software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls professionally.
• Greet customers arriving at the Service Department.
• Schedule and confirm automotive service appointments.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Direct customers to the Service Advisor or dealership department.
• Make outbound follow-up and retention calls.
• Follow up on service appointments and reminders.
• Maintain accurate customer information in dealership software.
• Enter and update customer and appointment information.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with the Service Department.
• Help maximize service appointment opportunities.
• Assist Service Advisors and Service Management with administrative tasks.
• Provide professional and friendly customer communication.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
