The ideal candidate has customer service or call center experience and excellent communication skills. We offer a full-time, 5-day schedule with some Saturdays and monthly bonuses to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, reception, appointment scheduling, hospitality, retail, or automotive dealerships.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional telephone etiquette and courteous customer interactions.
• Ability to navigate dealership software and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership and service calls professionally.
• Greet customers at the service department and direct to the appropriate staff.
• Schedule and confirm automotive service appointments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Maintain accurate customer information in dealership software.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with the Service Department.
• Follow up on appointments and reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Provide friendly, professional communication and support to customers.
