Levittown Ford Service Center is hiring an Automotive Service Receptionist / Service BDC Representative in Levittown, NY. The role focuses on delivering a friendly, organized customer experience, handling calls, greeting clients, and scheduling service appointments to support the Service Department's operations.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with monthly bonuses. This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, reception, appointment scheduling, hospitality, retail, or automotive dealerships.
• Comfortable speaking with customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and using a computer.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the Service Department and ensure a positive customer experience from the initial call through the service appointment.
• Answer incoming dealership and service calls professionally and greet customers on site.
• Schedule and confirm automotive service appointments and respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Maintain accurate customer information in dealership software and coordinate appointment schedules with the Service Department.
• Assist Service Advisors with administrative tasks and follow up on appointments to reduce no-shows.
