Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Reception, call center, BDC, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to learn dealership software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls professionally.
• Greet customers arriving at the Service Department.
• Schedule and confirm automotive service appointments.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Direct customers to the Service Advisor or dealership department.
• Make outbound follow-up and retention calls.

Levittown Ford Service Center is hiring a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Receptionist / Service BDC Representative to join our growing Service Department in Levittown, NY.

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE RECEPTIONIST / BDC RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Receptionist / BDC Representative, you will be an important first point of contact for our Service Department and help create a positive customer experience from the first phone call through the service appointment.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls professionally
