The Hewlett Family of Dealerships in Georgetown, TX is seeking an experienced Service Receptionist for a full-time daytime role at a high-volume dealership. You will welcome guests, share vehicle status, coordinate loaners, and handle calls with professionalism, while keeping the reception area organized and supporting administrative tasks.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Prefer at least 1 year in an automotive service department.
• Ability to read and understand English; strong communication with public.
• Able to work Saturdays.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out of service visits.
• Provide vehicle status information to guests.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles or with collision center for repairs.
• Answer calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Perform other administrative duties and keep workspace organized.
• Support team with documentation and data entry.

High volume automotive dealership in the Georgetown and Round Rock area is currently accepting applications for an experienced high volume Service Receptionist. We are a people-oriented company that is committed to providing superior levels of customer service. While our success and growth are dependent on many factors, first and most important are the skills, intelligence, creativity and dedication of our employees. We would prefer dealer experience, but are willing to train the right candidate. Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Essential Duties

• Reception
• Provides guests with vehicle status information when needed
• May be involved setting up loaner vehicles or coordinating with the collision center for vehicle repairs
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Performs other administrative duties, as assigned
• Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent desired
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year experience in an automotive service department
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public
• Able to work Saturdays
• Bi-lingual a plus
