Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter to warmly greet customers arriving at the service department and ensure a smooth transition to a Service Advisor. You will move vehicles around the lot, keep areas clean, and assist with shop and lot custodial duties.

Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted driver's license, possess a professional appearance, and can work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Both automatic and manual transmission vehicles are encountered regularly.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Installs disposable protective coverings and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking vehicle.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up and thanks customers for their business.
• Follows all safety and security procedures.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
