Job summary

Victory Automotive Group seeks an outgoing and dependable Service Porter to greet customers and ensure a smooth transition to the Service Advisor. You will move vehicles, keep areas clean, and assist with custodial duties in the shop and lot.

A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, along with a professional appearance and strong communication skills. You must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and handle both auto and manual

Qualifications

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
Professional and dependable.
Safety and customer service oriented.
Reading and comprehending instructions.
Able to lift heavy objects as needed.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
Installs disposable protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
Delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking the vehicle.
Retrieves vehicles for customers and thanks them for their business.
Follows all safety and security procedures.
Attends staff meetings, training and classes as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
