Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter to warmly greet customers and smoothly transition them to a Service Advisor. You will move vehicles around the lot, ensure they stay clean and damage-free, and assist with shop and lot custodial duties.

A valid driver’s license and a professional image are essential. Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and handle both automatic and manual transmissions.

• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Outstanding communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Basic computer and internet skills for daily tasks.

• Ability to read and understand instructions, follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Moves and parks customer vehicles, ensures access and safety.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking.
• Takes part in shop and lot cleaning duties as required.
• Follows safety, security procedures and attends required trainings.
