Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing and dependable Service Porter to greet customers arriving at the service department and help ensure a smooth transition to a Service Advisor. You will move vehicles on the lot, keep vehicles clean and damage-free, and assist with shop and lot custodial duties.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, a professional appearance, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment; you should be able to drive

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking.
• Move customer vehicles in and around the lot and service areas.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and damage-free; assist in shop and lot custodial duties.
• Follow safety and security procedures; attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
