Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing Service Porter to greet customers arriving at our service department and help ensure a smooth handoff to the Service Advisor. The role requires moving vehicles around the lot, keeping areas clean, and assisting with shop and lot duties.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a professional appearance. You must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and operate both automatic and manual

Qualificações

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with strong customer service.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and use basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking.
• Move customer vehicles around the lot and service areas.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and damage-free.
• Assist with custodial duties in the shop and lot.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
