Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Charleston, WV is seeking an Automotive Service Porter to greet customers in the service department and ensure a smooth handoff to the Service Advisor.

You will move customer vehicles around the lot, keep vehicles clean and damage-free, and assist with shop and lot custodial duties while supporting a professional service environment. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance required.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to Service Advisor after parking vehicle.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers and thanks them for their business.
• Ensures vehicles are clean and damage-free on the lot and in service areas.
• Assists with custodial duties in shop and lot areas.
• Follows all safety and security procedures.
• Attends staff meetings and training as required.
