Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Porter to greet customers and ensure a smooth transition to the Service Advisor. You will move customer vehicles around the lot and service areas, keep them clean, and help with custodial duties in the shop and lot.

A valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record are required, along with a professional appearance and dependable work ethic.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude and directs them appropriately.
Installs disposable protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
Delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking the vehicle.
Retrieves vehicles for customers when they pick up and thanks them for their business.
Follows all safety and security procedures.
Attends staff meetings, training, and classes as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
