Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Porter to warmly greet customers in the service area and help move vehicles to ensure a smooth handoff to the Service Advisor. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a professional, customer-focused demeanor.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment, able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions, and capable of lifting or moving heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with strong customer service orientation.
• Safety and customer service awareness required.
• Basic computer and internet skills are needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic expected.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Install disposable protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers and thank them for their business.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
