Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Peoria, IL is seeking an outgoing and dependable Service Porter to greet customers arriving at the service department and help transition them to a Service Advisor. You will move customer vehicles around the lot, keep them clean and damage-free, and support shop and lot custodial duties.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, professional appearance, and a willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them as needed.
• Install disposable seat/steering wheel/floor mat coverings and tagging on vehicles brought in for service.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking the vehicle.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers during pickup, waiting with the vehicle, and thank them for their business.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
