Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing and dependable Automotive Service Porter to greet customers at the service department and ensure a smooth transition to a Service Advisor. The role involves moving vehicles, keeping areas clean, and supporting custodial duties on the shop floor and lot.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a professional appearance, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Installs disposable protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
• Delivers keys and repair order to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking vehicle.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, waiting at the vehicle, and thanking customers for their business.
• Follows all safety and security procedures.
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
