Victory Automotive Group is seeking a reliable Service Porter to warmly greet customers arriving at the service department and to help move vehicles around the lot. The role supports the Service Advisor by delivering keys and paperwork, while maintaining a clean, organized, and damage-free workspace.

Ideal candidates will hold an unrestricted driver’s license, demonstrate professionalism, and be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Professional and dependable.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
• Installs disposable protective coverings and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking vehicle.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up and thanks them for their business.
• Follows all safety and security procedures.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
