Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience (high school diploma)
• 1–3 years of customer service experience (associate/bachelor’s degree)
• Equivalent hands-on experience: 2 years equals 1 year of education
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication with people and systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance visits
• Schedule and track recurring maintenance programs to ensure contract compliance
• Facilitate customer onboarding into GFS service programs and systems
• Manage monthly filter orders and related service templates
• Maintain accurate records in internal and external service systems
• Collaborate with technicians, sales teams, and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee spare parts lists to minimize downtime and meet customer needs
