Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing new product development, product enhancements, or technical solutions.
• Experience developing sales forecasts and pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve margins.
• Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams.
• Proven ability to develop roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver on time within budgets.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management, market trends, and customer expectations.
• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in product lifecycle management and leadership.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with customers and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop products and enhancements.
• Develop and communicate quality plans for new and existing products and support implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and product training to Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Participate in product training sessions, tradeshows, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, user guides, technical specs, and sales materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Testing teams to define requirements.
• Communicate updates and roadmap priorities to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support product lifecycle by monitoring performance and pursuing improvements.
• Assist with escalated customer issues by providing expertise and product support.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and business objectives.
