Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a detail‑oriented Service Parts Coordinator to support the maintenance and management of service parts throughout the product lifecycle. You will work with global, cross‑functional teams to ensure parts are available, properly priced, and aligned with launches, with a focus on accuracy and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field.
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in product service, product development or management, supply chain, continuous improvement, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Part Project Leaders in developing and reviewing Service Parts Lists for accuracy and on-time completion.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Marketing to determine first-year forecasts and initial buy quantities for service parts.
• Coordinate with global Sourcing and Manufacturing to create/update service part quotes and pricing.
• Ensure service part item master data is accurate and complete with the Master Data Team.
• Ensure parts are in stock and ready for launches by coordinating with Supply Chain and global operations.
• Analyze product changes with Engineering to assess impact on service parts and update related data.
• Engage in project reviews and provide updates on deliverables.
• Support Quality initiatives and service hubs with inventory analyses and process improvements.
• Work with Supply Chain, Finance and Distribution on excess/obsolete parts management.
• Report on service parts performance and KPI alignment; act as a point of contact for internal teams.
