Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions is seeking a Service & Preventative Maintenance (SPM) Coordinator in Osseo, WI. You will coordinate service calls, dispatch technicians, and manage maintenance programs to ensure contract compliance and high customer satisfaction.

You’ll work as the central hub for the Service & PM team, connecting customers with techs, tracking jobs, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. This role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of customer service experience, or
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of customer service experience
• (Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered: 2 years of experience = 1 year of education)
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable working with both people and systems
• A knack for prioritizing, solving problems, and keeping projects on track

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance visits
• Schedule and track recurring maintenance programs to ensure contract compliance
• Facilitate customer onboarding into GFS service programs and systems
• Manage monthly filter orders and related service templates
• Maintain accurate records in internal and external service systems
• Collaborate with technicians, sales teams, and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee spare parts lists to minimize downtime and meet customer needs
