Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to project status and scheduling.
• Answer and route incoming calls while providing professional customer service.
• Respond to customer emails and follow up on inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule trench inspections based on project requirements and crew availability.
• Schedule and coordinate Gas and Electric crews to support service activities.
• Communicate scheduling information and updates to customers, internal teams, and field personnel.
• Print, organize, and distribute plans, maps, and other project-related materials.
• Maintain accurate information and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with special assignments and administrative projects within the Service Planning department.
