The estimator will track parts, handle returns and warranty filings, ensure quotes reflect technician information, and maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Vendor relationships and sourcing experience for service parts.
• Ability to verify quotes against technician information.
• Experience typing quotes into software and sending quotes to customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain vendor relationships to quote service part replacements.
• Work with vendors to source parts with quickest turnaround time.
• Verify quotes are accurate based on technician information.
• Type the quote in our software system and send quotes to customers for approval.
• Place orders with vendors and provide POs; track parts and coordinate with dispatch on ETA changes.
