Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Services Order Manager to oversee the customer experience for service projects from initiation to close. You will gather requirements, confirm drawings and scopes, and serve as the primary liaison with customers, service staff and subcontractors.

You’ll plan resources, track costs, and maintain detailed work orders, while communicating effectively and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or applicable experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customers and manage end-to-end service projects.
• Initiate, plan, execute, control and close customer interactions and project documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, labor, and resources for each job.
• Communicate with customers, service staff, sub-contractors; resolve schedule conflicts.
• Monitor project costs and escalate as needed; manage Work Orders from start to finish.
• Prepare for weekly meetings and monthly reviews with PSM/OM to discuss issues and backlog.
