Zusammenfassung

Schneider Electric is seeking a capable Order Services professional to manage the front-to-end handoff from sales to execution for Power Complex Orders. You will coordinate with Sales, Ops, and procurement to ensure accurate entry, enrichment, and placement of orders and IP/external purchases.

The role requires familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and cross-functional collaboration, while Lean Six Sigma and project leadership experience are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution products and services.
• Experience in BFO, SEA, Q2C, and BFS or SAP. Oracle, a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma/process improvement knowledge is a plus.
• Project management experience a plus; leading transformations valued.
• Supply Chain design experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage front-to-end order booking from order conversion to order entry for Power Complex Orders.
• Process from sales handoff through conversion to order entry with WO creation and procurement for materials.
• Monitor quality metrics as lagging indicators from sales handoff to execution.
• Coordinate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy.
• Complete order enrichment and procurement for interplant ordering.
• Maintain documentation and playbooks for SE’s Booking Rules.
