Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Product Owner - Customer Order Management/Execution to enable a major SAP rollout across North American plants. You will apply agile thinking to ensure end-to-end order operations align with business goals and provide value to Global Supply Chain.

You will own Order Execution and back-office Order Management, translate requirements into a prioritized backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide the teams through go-live and integration testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in order management, order execution, or plant customer service.
• Ability to work across time zones and in remote environments.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the implementation of Order Execution and back-office Order Management/Customer Service solutions.
• Partner with supply chain and customer service stakeholders to translate requirements into a prioritized backlog.
• Identify impediments and delivery risks and proactively resolve or mitigate them.
• Standardize Order Execution processes across manufacturing sites.
• Define, prioritize, and align the backlog with the product roadmap and business outcomes.
• Communicate status, decisions, risks, and process changes to stakeholders.
• Provide direction to project and scrum teams and participate in PI Planning and backlog refinement.
