Job summary

Numotion, North America's largest mobility provider, seeks a Service Coordination Specialist in Lincoln, NE. You will receive and process service and repair requests and help move orders through Numotion’s order system to completion.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate data, releasing purchase orders for replacement parts, answering customer inquiries promptly, coordinating service tech schedules, and ensuring timely, compliant service delivery with a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service and repair requests and maintain accurate data in the order processing system.
• Release purchase orders for replacement parts promptly and complete warranty documentation as appropriate.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinate scheduling and routing of service technicians and reconcile routes/daily schedules to allocate time effectively.
