Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Service Order Dispatcher to serve as the NCMMS operator, manage workflow for service requests, dispatch technicians, handle daily administration and customer interface.

You will generate daily reports, maintain work order files, and coordinate with the Project Manager, on-site Supervisors and tradesmen to ensure timely completion and accurate monthly invoicing to the Government.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MS Office with some building trades knowledge.
• Customer oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain favorable GSA background check and facility access.
• Valid state driver9s license.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, issue work orders, maintain logs, and input data into the NCMMS.
• Track work orders from start to finish with accurate NCMMS data.
• Meet with Project Manager to discuss status, dates, and issues.
• Process and maintain a work order file system (NCMMS) and related documentation.
• Work with Project Manager, On-Site Supervisors, and tradesmen to ensure smooth processing.
• Generate NCMMS reports as directed.
• Coordinate monthly government invoicing with Corporate AP/AR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
