Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, issue work orders, maintain logs and input data into NCMMS.
• Track work orders from start to finish and depict status for technicians.
• Meet with Project Manager to discuss status, dates, and issues.
• Coordinate with AP/AR for monthly government invoicing.
• Print NCMMS reports and maintain related documentation.
