Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC is seeking a Service Order Dispatcher for the Hruska Courthouse in Omaha, Nebraska. You will function as the NCMMS operator, manage work-flow of service requests, dispatch technicians, maintain data inputs, generate daily reports and provide office administration support to the program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Customer oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain and maintain a favorable background check and facility access.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls, issue work orders, and maintain logs.
• Input data into the NCMMS and track work orders to completion.
• Attend meetings with the Project Manager to review status and dates.
• Maintain ASWR/RWA documentation and related records.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and on-site staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Print and initiate NCMMS reports as directed.
• Coordinate monthly government invoice preparation with Accounts Payable/Receivable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
