Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of MS Office.
• Must be customer oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background check and facility access.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, issue work order requests, and input data into NCMMS.
• Track work orders from start to completion with accurate data.
• Meet withProject Manager to discuss status and issues.
• Maintain NCMMS file system including ASWR and RWA documents.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, On-Site Supervisors, and tradesmen for smooth processing of work orders.
• Initiate and print NCMMS reports as directed.
• Coordinate with Corporate AP/AR to formalize monthly government invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
