Job summary

Ohio CAT is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage work order processing, from headers to closure, including entry of technician reports and scheduling PSP/PIP work. You will liaise with warranty and parts teams while handling clerical duties such as payroll and scheduling.

The role requires strong computer skills (MS Word/Excel), excellent organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a service department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open work order headers and segments in Service Link.
• Enter technician service reports into Service Link.
• Schedule PSP/PIP work and customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate with central warranty group and parts personnel to closure.
