Micro Center in Marietta, GA seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to lead the Computer Service Repair and Knowledge Bar team, manage daily operations, inventory, and vendor relationships to meet service goals.

Responsibilities include staffing support, scheduling, ensuring parts availability, maintaining shop certification levels, and upholding customer service standards to drive satisfaction and store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A+ and Apple certifications required within 120 days of hire.
• Communication and language skills: ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple projects.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; write reports and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Computer Service Repair Department and Knowledge Bar associates.
• Ensure parts orders/returns are accurate and timely; manage inventory turns, obsolescence, and markdowns.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve difficult customer situations politely and professionally.
• Drive department performance to meet goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, income, and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, costs, margins, and SLAs; participate in staffing and training.
