Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff including technicians, carpenters, and pool attendants.
• Oversee on-site service operations, work orders, and inspections.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and vendor engagement.
• Ensure compliance with HazCom, OSHA, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate apartment turnover services and maintenance shop organization.
