Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department, manage vendors, and oversee MHE and packaging equipment at a large campus in Kentucky. You will drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 4–6 years in facilities maintenance with supervision experience and strong vendors/contract management skills. Travel occasionally may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years progressive facilities maintenance experience in warehouse/manufacturing/distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years supervisory experience supervising hourly associates, preferably maintenance/sanitation.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor service agreements.
• Experience managing facilities/equipment maintenance in construction/distribution/manufacturing/fleet settings.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsabilités

• Manages workload and workflow of the maintenance department.
• Directly manages facility maintenance and equipment repairs by supervising vendors and contractors.
• Responsible for MHE fleet and packaging equipment for location.
• Monitors and evaluates maintenance vendors for MHE and other equipment; identifies trends and savings opportunities.
• Develops recommendations for purchases including facility supplies and services.
• Solicits new vendors, analyzes bids and negotiates service agreements.
• Manages service vendors to ensure compliance and address shortfalls.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, FDA, and Workers’ Compensation regulations and Saddle Creek policies.
• Manages up to 20 associates in a large campus environment.
• Leads team performance reviews and provides feedback.
• Facilitates associate training on safety, security, maintenance and compliance.
• Ensures MSDS are current for chemicals and cleaners.
• Conducts basic inspections and audits related to safety, security, and fire suppression.
