Job summary

Stonemark is looking for a Service Supervisor to manage the maintenance of our community facilities in Louisville, Kentucky. The role includes establishing work schedules, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring that the community is safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Requirements include a fifth-year college certificate or equivalent experience, along with EPA and HVAC certifications. Candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to manage costs while providing excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• Four years in a service position at an apartment community or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Provide service to residents in a prompt manner.
• Oversee contract labor and control maintenance costs.
