Job summary

Ellison Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in Houston, TX to support our Field Service Organization and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coordinate service activities, resolve challenges, and help ensure efficient operations across internal teams and customers. You will work with Field Service Managers and Engineers, manage service orders, assist with quotes and invoicing, and maintain Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service operations or similar customer-facing administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/business systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to assess situations, make decisions, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between customers, field service teams, and internal departments.
• Open, coordinate, and manage service orders and projects.
• Support scheduling, technician deployment, and day-to-day service operations.
• Handle inquiries, route service requests, and connect resources to resolve issues.
• Assist with quotes, requisitions, POs, and invoicing.
• Maintain service cases in Salesforce and update records.
