• Two to four years of job related experience.
• Financial services industry required.
• Office environment with customer service focus is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork and documentation with accuracy.
• Execute money movement requests (wires, ACH, journal entries) per policy.
• Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue.
• Maintain transaction records in CRM and custodial platforms.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support service delivery.
