Job summary

Mercer Advisors Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support client service delivery through accurate execution of paperwork, money movements, and account maintenance within a centralized queue.

This non-client-facing role partners with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors to ensure compliance and consistent service, with opportunities to advance to Associate II and III and a competitive base pay range.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience
• Financial services industry experience
• Notary designation a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred; MS Word, Excel, Outlook required

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute money movement requests (wires, ACH, journal entries) per policies.
• Monitor & manage service requests in a centralized queue; escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and custodial platforms.
• Coordinate with custodians and platforms to resolve issues.
• Support relationship managers and wealth advisors to ensure accurate execution.
• Assist in documenting SOPs and training new staff.
• Base Pay Range discussion and career growth steps are outlined in internal docs.
