Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support the Client Service department by handling administrative and transactional tasks such as paperwork processing, money movements, account maintenance, and custodial interactions. This role backs Relationship Managers and ensures regulatory compliance and service consistency.

The position offers a defined career path to higher Associate levels, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and ongoing SOP improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Execute money movement requests in compliance with policies.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintains detailed transaction records in CRM and custodial platforms.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support client service delivery.
