Mercer Advisors is hiring a Service Operations Associate I to support the Client Service department with administrative and transactional tasks. You will handle paperwork, money movements, and custodial interactions to enable smooth client service.

The role complements Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors, with a clear path to Associate II and III, and a hybrid work model across locations. Strong attention to detail and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to four years in financial services or office environment with customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Execute money movements ( wires, ACH, journal entries) per policy.
• Monitor service requests in a central queue and ensure timely resolution.
