Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support client service delivery through accurate execution of paperwork, money movements, and account maintenance. This role works behind the scenes to ensure regulatory compliance and consistent service continuity across custodial platforms.

Career growth to Associate II/III is available, with a standard 8–5 schedule and non-exempt status. The position offers a robust benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of job-related experience in financial services.
• Office environment with customer service focus is helpful.
• Notary designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation with accuracy.
• Execute money movement requests (wires, ACH, journal entries) per policies.
• Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue; escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of all transactions in CRM and custodial platforms.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support client service delivery.
• Assist in documenting and refining SOPs and participating in training.
