Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support the Client Service department with execution of administrative and transactional tasks, ensuring timely processing of client requests from paperwork to money movement. This non-client-facing role complements Relationship Managers and upholds compliance and service consistency.

The position offers a defined path to Associate II and III, with increasing responsibility and leadership in operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with a Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Two to four years of financial services experience.
• Notary designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Execute money movement requests per policy.
• Monitor and manage service requests in a central queue.
• Maintain transaction records in CRM and custodial platforms.
• Coordinate with custodians and platforms to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance and internal controls.
• Support Relationship Managers to deliver client service.
• Contribute to SOPs and training.
