Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service managers' scheduling and dispatch.
• Assist purchasing, inventory, PM tracking and safety.
• Support technician onboarding, training, and timecard issues.
• Maintain departmental website and databases.
• Ensure cost visibility via vendor coordination and timely returns.
