Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Project Specialist to support the sales team with administrative tasks, data management, and order processing, ensuring smooth operation and timely responses.

You will coordinate communications across departments, prepare quotes and contracts, generate sales reports, and help drive revenue goals while upholding CoolSys CARES values. This role requires 1–3 years in sales support or administrative roles and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; engineering degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales support, admin, or customer service; sales exp is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team (scheduling, presentations, correspondence).
• Maintain and update customer databases with accuracy.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for timely delivery.
• Coordinate order process from entry to delivery and manage inquiries.
